And while the name sounds like it’s straight out of a bad infomercial, this is a lawn-mowing robot that actually works. This terrific techno-mower is powered by two rechargeable, maintenance-free batteries, so it’s virtually silent and requires no messy gas or oil. You don’t even have to rake the clippings thanks to a patented triple-blade mulching system. The user-friendly RL850 has intuitive menus and a LCD panel and audio for programming. Durable in all weather conditions, this “Best Of” has six height settings and safety features such as sensor-equipped bumpers, a lift sensor that stops blades when the RoboMower is lifted and a child guard to prevent children from using it. The RoboMower runs for three hours and includes a theft-prevention, user-password system.
